Now that marijuana has become heavily decriminalized in Virginia and beyond, Fairfax criminal and DUI defense lawyer Jonathan Katz sees drug reform and protecting adults' right to choose their consensual sexual activity as critical to protecting everyone's civil liberties.  Joining us for this Beat the Prosecution podcast episode are Woodhull Freedom Foundation president and CEO Ricci Levy, and WFF general counsel and First Amendment defense lawyer Lawrence G.
